Oh I forgot to mention…

Kassy brought back the sims 2 the other day, at last, and I was happy. I turned the laptop on and opened the case, ready to install it, but what did I see?  3 Sims 2 disks AND A FECKING DIFFERENT DISK FROM AN EXPANSION PACK. This now means I can’t install the bloody thing because I need the 4th Sims 2 disk.

So now I have to wait for her to bring that last disk around and Lord knows how long it will take.

My hopes were crushed…

There are so many things I’d like to do…

But I’m the type of person who thinks and doesn’t act. I suppose that makes me one of the undedicated people that everyone goes on about hating, when in actual fact they’re all like that too (the normal ones anyway).

However, ever the hypocrite, I’ve been dedicated to this blog recently - which is nice since I ignored it for so long. C’est la vie I guess…

Hmm, I’ve not drawn for a few days - been out a lot - but now I cba leaving the house really. Me thinks I’ll try to spend a day this week sat at the end of the bed drawing away, it’s all about the mood though y’know? If I ain’t in the mood you can’t draw for toffee and it’s frustrating…maybe I should start taking requests from roleplaying websites again but without a scanner that seems pointless.

In fact maybe I should just get a bloody scanner… -_- we shall have to search on ebay when our new debit card is all set up…

Cleaning up just causes a bigger mess

Everyone has the, ‘WHY DID YOU MOVE THAT THING I LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR?’ reaction whenever there is a clean up in a house. Eleanor used to do it everytime she came home from Uni/Berlin and it would just cause arguements - but my dad acts like this over the slightest thing being moved.

This morning I cleaned the study and there were loads of pieces of paper with crosswords and emails on that he’d printed off over the last 2 years spread out across the desk. I asked if I should just throw them out but he told me to put them in a pile - which I did - then hours later moaned he couldn’t find one that he wanted to post tonight (at 7pm when the last post is at 5pm). After shifting through 3 sheets of the 200+ slices of tree, he decided it was lost, he’d wasted his bloody time doing it, could no longer watch the football (oh crap, no) and why the hell had I moved it anyway when it was on the other side of the desk? Well sooooorrrrryyy for misplacing a sheet of fecking paper - but when you’re used to someone throwing shit everywhere how are you supposed to tell what’s been put aside?

In the end, it was actually still on the desk - folded in half - and underneath an evelope. Mum has since sellotaped a note on this spot saying ‘It was here you dope’ and put the envelope on top again. It’ll be about 3 months before he finds it now, by which time he’ll have forgotten about the whole event.

I feel like laughing and crying.

*grumbles*

I hate Microsoft. Even though I rely on it greatly, and would be gutted if itwasn’t around I really cannot stand the company. Especially cause it has soft in the name - cause all the people in it are indeed soft! (oooo go me and my lightening fast wit)

So basically I’m pissed cause my Ouran High School Host Club videos won’t work in movie maker. Dunno why - they fecking used to and then one day it decided to crash with them and ever since they’ve been unusable (other videos like fruits basket or vampire knight work though).

To get around this, I got Sony Vegas 7.0 - which is fit and one day I wanna be able to use it like a pro (I’m slow and crap at it though so far). I imported an Ouran video in; all was well. Then when I tried to put in another the fecking thing only had the audio; and it’s the same for other all avi videos; all was not well again.

So the only way I can get it to work in vegas (I hope) is by converting it to wmv on movie maker - but of course the thing won’t let me have ouran in it so I have to put it on my memory stick and then take it to the desktop comp which is slow, so I can get it in XPs movie maker. ARGH! With all the hassle invovled, Vegas better be easy for me to use!
Also annoying (how unusual for me to feel annoyance hahaha I’m usually rather cheery!) me right now is Kassy. Love her to bits and I’m not angry angry with her in the sense of “GIVE IT BACK NOW HOW FECKING SELFISH ARE YOU IT’S MY GAME”, but I’ve been telling her to bring me back The Sims 2 for about 3 months now -MY PATIENCE IS WEARING THIN.

I NEED A FECKING SCANNER ;_; I’m so God damn lazy about getting one

In other news, my GCSEs are finished! They weren’t stressful at all - even though Dad’s been very ill since Feburary and my nan and uncle were both seriously ill too. Everything happened at once and it was all pissy - but the actually exam period was fine. Nice having all the time off too. :)

I’ve been drawing a fair bit recently too; had a proper go at using some colouring pens I (dad) bought off amazon and I think it turned out okay.

I want to draw a comic (I’m so sad) with this character, because I have a few story ideas in my head and since I’m too lazy to write (and the stories plots couldn’t be brought across as well) I want to draw them. So many little hints you can include when drawing.

Oooo the possibilities…
